Chocolate Wallnut Cookies

Chocolate Wallnut Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 4 ounces semisweet melted chocolate,
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tbsp. salt

Method:

1. Take the butter, sugar, and eggs and beat it until fluffy.
2. Now add chocolate, vanilla, salt and mix well. Gradually beat in the flour. And Mix in 1 cup of the walnuts.
4. Take the dough and shape each piece into shape of a cookie.
5. Roll each cookie in the remaining walnuts and wrap separately in plastic and chill them for an hour.
6. Now heat oven to 375º F and Grease 2 cookie sheets.Now put the cookies and bake it 15 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottoms. Remove the cookies with a metal spatula and cool.
